If more than half of our body and organs are made of water wouldn’t you say it’s crucial that we consume the highest quality water possible? We would never put diesel fuel in a Ferrari or Lamborghini but why do we as humans intake low quality water? Jesus said know ye not that ye are the temple of god.. Today I’ll go over the best form of water to consume daily. I will also go over where to find the best water in stores, outdoors and I will go over the best filters to get in your home.
Starting off I tested my California tap water and it tested at around 230 TDS which is in the average range but I am not here to be average and I don’t think you are either. 0-50 is considered high quality when it comes to TDS scores. Arizona tap water on the other hand is around 400-500 TDS which Is awful and at the higher limit. For the past 2 years, I’ve been using a Brita filter, just recently I tested a new Brita filter to find that it only shaves off around 30 TDS from the water which is basically nothing. Also, it’s shown that Brita filters remove 0 fluoride. This is very bad news for me and Brita.
If you are going to drink water make sure your water has low TDS and 0 fluoride. There are websites dedicated to testing all sorts of water on the market and the results are pretty shocking most water bottles have microplastics which shown in lab rats to give them liver disease. What do you think these microplastics are doing to us? Also through the testing, I’ve seen most if not all the water bottles on the market contain high levels of fluoride. I think it’s safe to say most water bottles in plastic are just as bad for you as tap water.
So you may be wondering where should I turn to? Is any water in stores good? I can say if you are in dire need to drink water after a long hike and you are at a store looking for water go for distilled water or water for babies with no fluoride on the label. Most distilled water has 0-5 TDS so it’s the purest water I’ve seen in stores.
Now let’s shift to filters, I recommend you look for one, for your home. My top choice is called ZERO WATER it removes all fluoride and TDS in your water with a TDS score of 0 and a ppm at around 20 with my $250 water meter. This gives you the same results as reverse osmosis which is another fantastic choice to look into if you have the budget. My other top countertop filter is called Aqua Tru found on amazon and or any water distiller machine also found on amazon. These are all great starting points if you are looking for a safe filter that has amazing TDS scores.
Whats the top top form of water available on this planet? You can find a spring near you on a website called https://findaspring.com/ I would look at the comments on the site to make sure it’s a still working spring. They will give you water scores and show you exact GPS coordinates so you can find the spring. Spring water in my opinion is the pinnacle of water, it’s structured and has high hydrogen and low TDS scores if it’s a good spring. Nothing age’s your skin and your brain more than tap water so make sure you get your water checked and get filters. IF you don’t get a filter you will become the filter. If you want to live a long time support your kidneys. An amazing way to do this is drinking water with low TDS scores.
What’s the potential downside of low TDS scores? When the water has low TDS scores like distilled water it’s void of most if not all minerals, you will want to make sure you have a diet rich in minerals, you can get these from eating a plant-based whole food diet, consuming superfoods, or even adding a pinch of sea salt to your water every once and a while. I would not recommend doing prolonged fasts with just low TDS distilled water. You will need to add electrolytes and minerals to your water if your doing a fast. It won’t be a problem however if you eat clean and get a variety of plants and fruits.
The Lead-up – Prepare your body to go water only by applying these practices 2 day’s prior to the fast. Eat a primarily whole food plant-based ketogenic vegetarian diet leading up to the fast. Try to avoid heavy meat consumption and heavy carb consumption. Drink plenty of water and get well mineralized check out my article “your body is a battery” on how to properly mineralize your body. The day before going water only try to go liquids only like smoothies and low sugar protein shakes, soups and or egg whites. This is very important for when you enter your fast, make sure there is no food sitting in your stomach when starting day 1. This is very important that way you get your full 1-7 day experience. The night prior to the fast I recommend that you go to bed on an empty stomach. This will make the first day a lot easier to deal with and will help with the insane cravings you will get on the first day. If you go into the fast with still digesting food you will have a miserable experience and you will want to slap me across the face for even sharing this with you. I will give you 3 options you can go with when it comes to fasting water only down below.
Beginner : 1-2 days I’m going to give you two options here you can go liquids only including green smoothies with no sugar, black coffee, tea, any liquid of your choice that is low in carbs and 0 sugar. The other option is to go to the next level which is just water only for your first 1-2days. Be prepared to go to war with your thoughts, emotions and mind. I recommend having things planned out where you won’t think of food to much. You can also emerge yourself in work, journaling, writing, coloring, hangout with others and or working out. If you really want to face the fast head-on stay in your house all day turn off all electronics and fight through your pain, sorrows, regrets, childhood trauma, etc because they will all come to the forefront during your fast. You will have to deal with these issues at some point and the longer you stuff away the pain and avoid it the longer these issues will linger around. I personally like to go deep into the pain and uncover the subconscious issues that may still be lingering around in my mind. When I did a 7 day fast I went all out and trapped myself in a flotation tank for 2 hours straight! It was just me and my thoughts. I went to scary places but came out stronger! Expect the 24-48hr fast to be really difficult. If its your first time it will be pretty challenging, you may get headaches but that’s all apart of the experience and detox process. The more you do them the more resilient you will become and you will be able to go longer the next time you do it I like to do these at least 1 time per month. Listen to your intuition always if you need to eat than do it, if your intuition is telling you to go longer do it, when you seriously need to eat your body will let you know it will be very clear. You won’t die from not eating for 1-2 days people have gone 10x longer (not recommended) It’s been reported that a Scottish man Angus Barbieri (1939 – 7 September 1990) fasted for 382 days. He lived on tea, coffee, soda water and vitamins, living at home in Tayport, Scotland, and frequently visiting Maryfield Hospital for medical evaluation. We was extremely over wight and thats mainly why we was able to go that long with so few calories. My point here is 1-2 days wont kill you.
Intermediate : Three days is really the sweet spot when starting A longer than normal fast in my opinion it takes about 3 days to even feel what a prolonged fast has to offer. On the third day, all hunger is gone your energy levels skyrocket and you begin to clear out the brain fog and plaque holding you back. The 3 day fast can be done quarterly. This 3 day fast should be done with water only to get the full effects if your jumping straight into a 3 day fast for the first time you can consume black coffee, green juices, magnesium supplements, sea salts, and electrolytes. For a more profound deeper experience, I recommend going the full 3 days water only. Only do the 3 day fast if you are at a healthy weight or overweight. If your underweight I never recommend fasting more than 1 day. You will shed off weight like nothing else and it can be very dangerous if you are underweight. The feeling on the third day is liberating your mental clarity will be back to when you were a child you will be more connected to the greater power, you will find out how much of a crutch food is, you will be able to work longer hours, you will get better workouts at the gym, its pretty profound, aches and pains that you may have had for a long time will go away, you will enter your innate healing process that all of us have within. If we are just able to rest all things are possible. You will feel really happy, your brain will come to balance, your brain chemistry will repair itself and you will be ready to take on your new reality. You will get high on your own supply and have deeper meditation practices, you will feel more connected to all things and you will be able to manifest the things you want in your life faster. Your payers will be heard and you will feel unstoppable.
Advanced : The 7 day water-only fast is the furthest I personally would recommend you go. The 7-day water fast is pretty self explanatory. It 7 full days with water only no food, supplements, or drinks other than water. You will experience deep internal work and conflict. It will be pretty challenging physically mentally and spiritually. Only do the 7-day water fast if you consider yourself to be a healthy weight or overweight. You will dramatically lose weight doing this I lost over 15 lbs. I don’t recommend you do this if you’re already skinny. If you already super skinny this could be very dangerous so always consult your doctor beforehand. You will feel everything I said in the 3 day fast but it will be intensified each day you go after 3 days. You will feel extremely spiritually connected and closer to God than you have ever felt before. You will experience emotions and sensations you haven’t felt since you were a kid, it also feels like your high or under the influence of psilocybin or lysergamides. The 7 day fast will really open you up to what feels like another dimension or closer to death/afterlife. The 7 day fast will do super deep internal work and physical repair on your system if you have a chronic disease or suffer from joint pain or body pain this will help a lot. I believe this has to do with an increase in stem cell production from prolonged autophagy. Your body in my opinion is self-regulating and A self-healing machine if you give your body rest it has the ability to repair and heal its self. Your brain will undergo massive massive clarity and the feeling of enlightenment, your intuition and clairvoyance will be increased. Answers will flow to you, you will be more creative and you will find solutions to the problems you face in your life from a new perspective. Prayer is intensified and you are able to manifest things a-lot faster. From my experience money and abundance flowed in like a waterfall when I underwent a 7 day fast. food takes a-lot of your time and energy when you let go of food your determination, dopamine and discipline skyrockets which leads to more action which leads to more results. I could go on and on about this topic I hope this help’s you understand what to expect and feel doing the 7-day water fast.
Re-feeding : How you break your fast is just as important as how you begin your fast I would say even more important. If you are doing just 1-3 days I would just come back on something light like eggs, chicken, grass-fed meats, vegetables, anything more protein and fat-based. IF you do the full 7 days come back on a liquid meal like a smoothie or salad with healthy fats like avocado, olives, and cheeses. Eat only organic primarly plant based keto coming slowly back to your preferred diet. The last thing you want is to destroy all your mental clarity with heavy proceed carbs. When I broke my 7 days fast I broke the fast with a salad and some grass-fed meats. Be careful not to over eat because your stomach will shrink during the fast and it can be very dangerous to come back and go straight into large meals back to back. When you break your fast your taste, smell and appetite will be at an all-time high so have discipline and don’t over-eat. Come back slowly maybe just have one meal the day and come back like I said eat slowly and chew your food all the way or you will have stomach discomfort. Living in a toxic world will become the new normal. As technology advanced’s we will have to deal with toxic bi–products in the air, in our food, and in our water. Being toxic can lead to weight gain, brain fog, and low energy. In this article, I want to go over a daily routine that can help you to deal with these toxic environmental stresses.
Charcoal : This carbon-based none toxic compound has had profound impacts on my brain, gut and skin. Charcoal and forms of concentrated carbon has been shown to extend life in animals by over 90% in repeated studies to Extend life. I believe the mechanism is detoxification. As we get older we accumulate heavy metals, pesticides, and GMOs. Charcoal often used as the first line of defense with patients that were poisoned or dying from alcohol poisoning and overdoses, charcoal is still used in emergency rooms to help bind up the poisons. Charcoal is used in Mercedes car air filters and charcoal is in most water filtration systems. now, how do we incorporate charcoal into our daily lives? What I recommend is getting activated charcoal derived from coconut shells. I personally use activated charcoal in the morning combined with organic lemon juice and Celtic sea salt with 1 liter of filtered water upon rising. I will also take a capsule or two after I eat a meal that might contain pesticides or GMOs. You can also take a capsule at night before you rest. Activated charcoal is a binder so it can cause constipation so make sure you always consume with plenty of water. Activated charcoal should not be taken with medication and or supplements. Try this for a week and see how you feel if you resonate with this you can take weekly or bi-weekly.
Chlorella / Spirulina – These binders are fantastic for cleansing the body of heavy metals and work great as an internal deodorizer. The dark rich color found in algae is called chlorophyll, These dark rich green colors are a fantastic way to keep your body fresh on the inside. chlorophyll supplementation is a fantastic cleansing strategy to keep you clean on the inside and to keep out un-wanted guest like candida and other harmful bacteria that may build up to much and grow over time in your gut. Taking these at night will intensify your dreams dramatically. This is my favorite brain decalcification product.
Sweating : Sweating is very important to decompress your mind, body and spirit. I recommend daily or bi-daily sauna, infrared, sun exposure, and fasted cardio or outdoor movement to get your lymphatic system moving and circulating correctly. The lymph system plays a very important role in the human body as it works as a garbage truck picking up accumulated debris in the body. Unlike the heart the lymph system “a major detoxification system” does not have a pump and it requires movement. Consider getting a jump rope, rebounder, treadmill, or running shoes and go for a light jog or 20 min walk daily, this will help to clear out your mind and heart. The longest living people in the world attribute longevity to daily movement such as gardening, hiking and taking long walks after meals.
Bowel Movements : Due to our stagnant lifestyle we are back up and full of you know what. The united states has major issues with constipation and that controls a lot of our thoughts, mood and actions. There are many ways to cleanse the colon i’ll go over a few of them here. The Salt flush is an incredible way to eliminate years of accumulated waste that may be stuck on the walls of your colon. This strategy is essentially consuming a half to a full tablespoon of pink salt do a full table spoon if you want a deeper cleanse. I use pink Himalayan salt with a liter of water and taking it down within 5-10 mins. It will take about an hour for you to feel like you have to go to the bathroom be prepared to sit on the toilet for up to an hour or 2 because it will come out like a waterfall. Soon after you will be talking with the angles. This is an advanced strategy. Here are some easier options. Plenty of fiber daily in the form of greens, fruit, organic oatmeal, flax, chia seeds, coffee, enemas, colonics, magnesium, Epsom salt, apples, bentonite clay, and activated charcoal all can help cleanse the colon. Frequent water consumption throughout the day will also get movement in your intestines and colon. This is one of the most important topics on this page especially if you are detoxing and not getting all the toxic sludge out on a cleanse it’s just circulating inside your body. Make sure when on A detox you are going to the bathroom multiple times a day. Watch your skin glow!
Fruits – Adding fruit to your diet is very important for your immune system since fruit is packed with full–spectrum vitamin c, fiber, and ant oxidants, Fruit is shown to also be good for your lungs in prevention from advanced lung issues. Fruit like I said is packed with fiber so it will help you cleanse your gut and colon. Fruit will help things to keep moving in your body. I like to find fruit not to high in sugar like grapefruit, lemons, Raspberries, Grapefruit, avocado, Blackberries, and blueberries. For a DEEPER LUNG DETOX, I recommend Pineapple, Lemon, Grapefruit, and Apples blended.
Home Hacks : Make your office or room a home gym. You dont have to get a full gym in your house, thats not what I mean however get anything you can find so you can to do quick in-between workouts. Place these items around your house so every time you walk buy them you use them for instance a pull–up bar that can connect to your door this is a fantastic way to build a strong back and frame practically effortlessly. I actually have been able to look just as good with these methods than I did working out at equinox. The pull–up bar can also be used as a way to do pushups. I also have a rebounder in my office that I usually jump on every hour or so or anytime I just feel like having fun and getting blood flow for more clarity. These 2 items alone can make a giant impact on your body by hitting your back arms, chest, and legs.
Elimination diet : It is more important to remove things from your diet than to add to your diet. It’s reported anecdotally that even carnivores who only consume meat have tremendous improvement in health regarding autoimmune issues and gut issues. I don’t recommend a carnivore diet longterm but I believe the reason why this works or even a hardcore vegan plant-based diet has tremendous impacts short term health. I believe it’s not just because of the food itself but the fact that these people removed everything else from their diet. Remove the thing causing the issue and watch your body change some of these things could be gluten-rich foods, GMOs, pesticides, crappy carbs, low-quality dairy, greasy foods, rancid oils, and the list goes on. Go whole food organic plant based and grass fed animal products only for 30 days. Also, look into removing toxic products you use in your skin, hair and face most of these products contain heavy metals and allergens that can irritate your lung’s, skin and mess with your mental clarity. Take a close look at the cosmetic products and deodorants and sprays they may be causing more harm than good. Get healthy and you wont need any of these you will have an amazing complexion and silky hair. Most of these products you can make yourself, you will also save money and it will be a lot healthier for you.

We are electric beings made of photons, I think it’s safe to say we are a living battery. Its important to treat ourselves like one. In this article I want to dive into how to become a better conductor of regeneration to have more output in your life. Even scientist say the human body literally emits light. The strength of the light produced by the body is one thousand times lower than the sensitivity of our naked eyes. Ultraweak photon emission is known as the energy released as light through the changes in energy metabolism.
- Hydration – This is an extremely important function to keep our bodies pure, clean and charged up. The type of water is extremely important, not all water is the same so its crucial you consume the correct water. The best form of water is spring water in glass. There are a few delivery services that can deliver fresh spring water to your door step in glass containers! This is what everyone should strive for. Other recommended forms are always filtered non fluoridated filtered water. If your new to all of this at least start with a ZERO WATER filter and or reverse osmosis filter or anything that claims to filter your water contaminants. Avoid tap water like the plague! You will notice an immense difference in your brain and consciousness when you eliminate all fluoride from your water! The ZERO WATER Filter found at Target, Walmart and Amazon it provides 0 ppm is a great starting point.

This is an amazing practice for anyone and its free, you don’t have to be a hippy to do this practice. The best part is its proven. Grounding is simply connecting to earths electro magnetic frequency. We are bombarded with wifi, 5g, lte, cell phone towers and radio. The best way to eliminate this heavy static burden is to get barefoot or lay-down on the earth for at least 20 mins a day.

You want to make sure you get these minerals from Whole Foods. Supplementation from these can be done wrong and you can get to much of one form. Use your bodies innate regulation system and nourish your body with fruits vegetables even organ meats to get an aliquot supply of these essential minerals. When it comes to sodium make sure you stay away from the Morton iodized salts and gross with a more full spectrum salt like Celtic sea salt, pink Himalayan and natural salts like these found in nature.
4. Sunlight – When done right sunlight destroys most Muti vitamins supplements the best part is that its free. I recommend getting at most 20 mins of direct sunlight with in the hours of 10am-1pm. These are shown to be the safest times to get sun exposure without getting harmful rays.
You don’t want to overdo this as prolonged sun exposure can cause inflammation which can turn into skin cancer, wrinkles and other side effects. Strive to have good skin color if you are grey and pale make it a goal to get more color on your skin as this will help your immune system. If you are in an area that has poor sunlight or its winter consider a vitamin d3 supplement combined with vitamin k2 as MK-7. 5. Oxygen – Some of the longest living people in the world live in areas of the world with the freshest air, I don’t think that’s a coincidence. If your in an environment that has bad air quality consider moving or equip your room and house with plants, air purifying filters and even go so far as to put filters over your AC / Vent’s they blow in outdoor air into your room / house especially if your in the city. Pollution and smoke can create a giant burden on your lungs if you do nothing about it. If you’re in the city consider shutting all windows and doors and pack your house with plants and keep filters next to you at all times. I personally keep an air purifier right next to my body at night. This helps with sleep and also takes the burden off my lungs from breathing in wild fires or pollution from the city since I live in Los Angeles.
6. Living Raw Foods – Our grandparents were right when they said eat your fruits and vegetables. There are types of photography called kirlian photography which is a collection of photographic techniques used to capture the phenomenon of electrical coronal discharges.
Weather is this is true or not the point I want to make here is there are more electrons present in raw foods opposed to cooked and dead food. You will feel a tremendous difference in your brain and body when you consume more living plant based foods. As Americans we hardly ever get wild foods and or organic raw fruits and vegetables. Our ancestors consumed many varieties of raw living foods that were in season at the time, why don’t we?
